Yum!<br /><br />And, as far as these fudge pops, dipping things like this in melted chocolate kinda covers up flaws and failures. Melted chocolate is the cure-all for many desserts gone wrong in my opinion. I did this once with a pumpkin roll many years ago ... it all fell apart when I tried to roll it up, so I mixed the roll along with the cream cheese frosting in my mixer, formed the mixture into little balls and dipped them in melted white chocolate. The look so perfect, you'd never know they started as a failure :)<br /><br />I had a fail of my own last Christmas - I made this coffee cream pie from Martha Stewart. I followed the instructions exactly. It was just supposed to be refrigerated, but it NEVER set up. Christmas morning came, and it was still basically a liquid-filled pie.
