Giveaway from Enviroboards by Sunlife Brands

With spring upon us, I've been so thrilled to start enjoying some of my warmer-weather favorite foods and recipes. I've been dreaming of Grilled Asparagus, fresh melon (Margarita Watermelon Wedges, anyone?) and my Sonoma Chicken Salad. This past weekend, the kids helped me with lots of chopping when we made another of my spring/summer faves - my "Veggie Overload" Pasta Salad.


I was recently given the opportunity to try out Sunlife Brand's new Enviroboards. When I first set my sights on the set of three flexible cutting boards, I fell in love with the colors. But, most of all, I fell in love with the ease of use of Enviroboards and the knowledge that I can more-safely prepare food for my family.


Enviroboards are a new style of cutting boards that are made from natural ingredients. They are BPA free and FDA approved. They offer a cool icon labeling feature (one for fish, one for meat and one for produce) ... helping to protect against cross-contamination.


I love that they take up almost no room during storage. The boards are flexible, so transferring ingredients is a breeze. I appreciate the non-slip feature ... I've experienced zero issues with the cutting boards moving or slipping around during use.

  2. Oh man.....I look forward to so so so many things this summer. I would have to say that the thing I look forward to most is the garden fresh tomato's. There are so many recipes I use them in. But nothing is better than eating one like an apple :)

  17. Looking forward to grilling everything, but favorite summer indulgence is prosciutto wrapped figs and prosciutto wrapped melons. It only tastes good when it's hot outside.

  18. Tomatoes, tomatoes and tomatoes. Seems like it's been forever since I bit into a big juicy garden grown tomato! It's the gateway veg to so many yummy summer dishes not to mention just eating them in hand like an apple, over the kitchen sink of course. :)
